train !!!
I trained as hard as I could and I ran as fast as I could and I still gained 00:31 seconds on My5K.
Last year on the same run I did 20:09 chip time, back then I lightly trained and I thought My time could be improved if I trained harder, so I did train harder and this time I gained heavy seconds towards the end of the race:( Why???
I know now I am only going to train as I train and I need an outsider to see what I can’t see, point out My need for improvements and get me faster, I’m glad I see this young grasshopper as I look in the mirror, seek help and you shall become a front runner.
