Ready set run.
Ready set run. After 3 years of running and getting to know my body in ways I never thought, here I am. I can feel when I need to slow my running down and when I need food, when I need rest and when I am trying to be lazy and the difference between to two.
It’s good to know ones body like we all must have been able to do many many years ago before airplanes and cars indoor plumbing and intrest only loans. We must have been in great tune with our bodies back then, I think we had no choice but to be in tune with our bodies. Our bodies were mostly our way around. What kind of vehicle we moved around in had nothing to do with income only the drive within each of us, can a mini van full of extra fuel move as fast as a lean sports car? Before running if I was a car I would have been a station wagon or suv, big heavy and slow, parked a lot and idling always with full fuel but never going anywhere. What kind of vehicle am I now ?
